Exam or job application: step by step

Photo, signature and thumb at the exact size. Open the guide in Picproved to tick off each step and go straight to the tool that does it.

  1. Read the notice for sizes. Each exam notice lists the photo, signature and thumb sizes in pixels and KB. The kits use the usual values; if your notice differs, use Custom size.
  2. Make the whole kit. A kit makes the photo, signature, thumb impression and declaration one after another and saves them together in one ZIP.
  3. Name and date on the photo. Some exams want your name and the date printed under the photo. Turn it on under Baby photo and exam extras.
  4. Scan certificates. Marksheets and certificates go into a PDF under the limit. Resize to KB fixes any single image the portal rejects.
  5. Keep the same photo for later stages. Admit cards and document checks often compare against the photo you uploaded. My photos keeps a copy.
