  1. Student visa photo. Choose the country you'll study in to get its visa photo size.
  2. University application photo. Universities set their own sizes. Use Custom size with the numbers from the application form.
  3. Transcripts and certificates. Scan them into one PDF under the upload limit, or resize single images to KB.
  4. Passport validity. Your passport should last for the whole course; many countries also want 6 months beyond arrival.
