Visa or trip abroad: step by step
Photos for every traveller, and the paperwork. Open the guide in Picproved to tick off each step and go straight to the tool that does it.
Pick where you're going. Each country has its own visa photo size. Choose the destination to see its applications.
Check passport validity. Many countries refuse entry if your passport runs out within 6 months of arrival. Check everyone's dates first.
Make a photo for each traveller. Take everyone's photo in turn. Each saved photo is kept in My photos, so you can find it again while filling the forms.
Prepare the documents. Bank statements, bookings and letters go into one PDF under the portal's limit. Resize to KB fixes any single image.
Visa centre with different rules?. Visa centres (VFS, BLS, TLS and others) sometimes set their own sizes. If the portal shows different numbers, use Custom size.
