Online forms reject a file that is even 1 KB over the limit. Picproved's free Resize a photo tool fits any photo or scan to the pixels and KB you type, on your device. If your form is listed below, open its page instead: Picproved saves it at the right size and inside the limit.
| Form | File size | Pixels | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| India IBPS signature | 10 to 20 KB | 140×60 | IBPS CRP PO/MT-XVI notification (30 June 2026) |
| India SSC signature | 10 to 20 KB | 300×100 | SSC CGL 2026 notice, para 9.6 |
| India State PSC signature (common) | 10 to 20 KB | 275×118 | Each state PSC publishes its own notification (no single official source); Kerala PSC shown |
| India Driving licence signature | 10 to 20 KB | 256×64 | Sarathi Parivahan: photo and signature upload rules |
Limits come from each form's official notice where one exists; sources marked "not official" are the best we found where none does. Last checked October 2026.
