You don't need a photo to renew a Philippine passport in the UK: it is captured at the renewal centre, and you must go in person (VFS Global UK: Philippine passport renewal). Photos are needed for dual citizenship under RA 9225.
From each office's own website, checked October 2026. Lines marked Check are ones the office doesn't fully settle. Rules change, so confirm before you apply.
Tip: Print dual citizenship photos at a shop or kiosk: the Embassy has no photocopying service, so bring copies of everything too.
Make it at home. Free while we launch. After that, one payment of £5.99 covers one person's photo in every size on this page. Picproved checks the size, background, head size and face rules before you save, and your photo stays on your phone. The office still makes the final decision.
