Example: a fictional person

Indian passport applications in Saudi Arabia moved to Global Passport Seva 2.0 on 24 October 2025: you fill in the form online, upload an ICAO photo and your signature, print it and hand it in yourself at a VFS Global centre, where you sign in front of the officer (VFS Global Saudi Arabia: Indian passport services, Embassy of India, Riyadh: new passport). From 1 September 2025 Indian missions accept only ICAO photos: colour, white background, the face 80 to 85% of the frame, no glasses. (passportindia.gov.in: Guidelines for ICAO compliant photographs)
