How to make the SBI PO files, step by step

Photo: a recent colour passport-style photo on a light background, no cap or dark glasses, saved at 200×230 px and 20 to 50 KB (SBI 2026 recruitment: Annexure II, scanning and upload guidelines).

Signature: sign on white paper with a black pen, not in capitals, and save it at 140×60 px, 10 to 20 KB (SBI 2026 recruitment: Annexure II, scanning and upload guidelines).

Left thumb impression: blue or black ink on white paper, 240×240 px (3 × 3 cm at 200 dpi), 20 to 50 KB (SBI 2026 recruitment: Annexure II, scanning and upload guidelines).

Handwritten declaration: copy the declaration text from the notice in English, in your own handwriting, in black ink and not in capitals, then save it at 800×400 px (10 × 5 cm at 200 dpi), 50 to 100 KB (SBI 2026 recruitment: Annexure II, scanning and upload guidelines).

While you apply, also capture a live photo with your webcam or phone. It has to match the photo you uploaded (SBI 2026 recruitment: Annexure II, scanning and upload guidelines).
