Some Morrisons stores have a photo booth: the store pages list "Photo Booth" under the store's services, as the Morrisons store page, York Foss Islands Road does. Morrisons doesn't say online who runs its booths, what they cost or whether they give a digital code, so read the booth's screen before you pay. Some stores also list a Timpson; Timpson shops take passport photos from £12.99 (Timpson: Passport photos), so ask whether the one in your store does.

For a UK passport online you can take the photo yourself: GOV.UK accepts a digital photo you or someone else takes, as long as it meets the rules (GOV.UK: Get a passport photo).
