How it works from India

  1. Apply on Viet Nam's National Electronic Visa system and upload your portrait photo and passport data page first (Viet Nam National Electronic Visa system: instructions).
  2. The portrait is 4×6 cm, recent, front facing, no hat and no glasses, on a white background, JPG or JPEG under 2 MB (Viet Nam National Electronic Visa system: instructions).
  3. The data page photo must show the whole page, with your photo, details and the machine-readable lines (Embassy of Viet Nam in India: visa FAQ).

Or make it at home. Picproved costs ₹199 for 3 photos (free while we launch) for one person's photo in every size you need, and it checks the size, background, head size and face rules before you save. The office still makes the final decision. Make your Vietnam E-visa photo

Questions

Can I crop my Vietnam e-visa photo from my passport?
No. Upload a separate portrait photo. The passport data page is a second upload.
Why was my Vietnam e-visa photo rejected?
Usually glasses, a background that isn't white, shadows or a blurred face. The system checks the portrait automatically after upload.
