What one credit buys

One credit saves one photo: every size and file format the document needs, the print sheet, and the same photo again free for 24 hours, with any edit, size or sheet. Checks and previews are free, so you see the result before you pay. Unused credits keep for a year.

Photo shops and agents

A shop or agent serving many customers buys 10 photos at once at the trade price, from Studio batch. One credit per customer, the same as above; the pack keeps for a year.

Who sells

On the website, our order process is run by Paddle.com, our merchant of record (reseller). Paddle takes the payment, charges the right tax for your country, sends the receipt and handles refunds, so Picproved never sees your card details. In the Android app, Google Play is the seller.

Picproved is made and run by Dorin D Souza, in the United Kingdom.

Refunds

A photo is delivered the moment you pay, and you agree at checkout that this ends the 14-day right to cancel. Rejected? Tell us within 90 days. We redo it free and refund you. No letter needed: open Orders and keys, tap Free redo for the order, and ask for the refund from there or by email with your order ID. If you paid but received no photo, or were charged twice, contact support with the order ID and you'll be refunded. Paddle makes refunds to the card or account you paid with; for Android purchases, Google Play does. Make the redo photo first: once an order has been refunded in full, its remaining credits and redo key end.

Under UK consumer law, digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If it isn't, you may be entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.
