Questions

Why does a portal refuse a file that looks fine?
Most refusals are about the file, not what is on it: over the KB limit, under a minimum, a PDF where a JPG was asked for, or a camera photo saved in a form the portal can't read. The fixer saves the exact type, inside both limits, as a plain file with one file ending.
How is this different from a PDF compressor?
Compressors aim at a number of KB and blur the text to get there. The fixer crops away the table, flattens the page and cleans it first, so most of the file is the text, and it keeps the text readable as it shrinks.
Which portals does it know?
OCI (ociservices.gov.in), Birth registration abroad (MHA and e-SEWA), Indian e-Visa (indianvisaonline.gov.in), NEET (UG) 2026, UK visa, settlement or citizenship from inside the UK (UKVCAS), UK visa from abroad (VFS Global), TLScontact, each with its official source and the date it was checked. A custom limit works for any other form.
Is it free?
Yes, with no sign-up and no watermark. The photo for the same form is what Picproved sells, and it is offered beside the tool.
